These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PepTrack (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for following the laws that apply to you.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us at support@peptrack.app if you suspect unauthorized use.

Subscriptions

• PepTrack Pro is billed through Apple. Pricing is shown in the app at the time of purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it from the App Store.
• Refunds for purchases made through Apple are handled by Apple under their terms.
• We may change pricing or features for future billing periods with reasonable notice.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to do anything illegal, harmful, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Do not attempt to break, probe, scrape, or reverse engineer the Service.
• Do not resell or rebrand the Service without our written permission.

Your content

You retain ownership of the data and content you enter into the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, transmit, and process that content solely so we can provide the Service to you.

AI features

Some features generate suggestions or summaries using AI models. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Treat it as a starting point and verify anything important with a qualified clinician before acting on it.

Service changes & availability

We may add, change, or remove features over time. We aim for a reliable Service but do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free.

Termination

You can stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that put the Service or other users at risk.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PepTrack and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless your local consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If the changes are material, we will update the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
